Meet the Leadership Team

Since its inception in 2007, Creative Management has been a leader in community association

management in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties, and more recently Collier County.

Founding partners Helen and Ali established the company with a commitment to exceptional

service, responsive communication, and consistent follow-through. Today, Creative

Management continues to uphold that commitment through an experienced team, a strong

customer-service culture, and the use of modern, industry-specific technology.

As Managing Partner, Helen oversees all aspects of Creative Management, including board

relations, technology and strategic direction, daily operations across all departments, and

employee training and supervision. She leads with a hands-on approach, drawing on her

leadership roles within industry associations to expand her expertise and share that knowledge

with staff, clients, and industry partners.

Helen’s background as a paralegal, service as a board member in her own homeowner’s and

condominium associations, and numerous leadership positions have given her a deep

understanding of the needs of communities and their members.

Chris has served as Chief Operating Officer of Creative Management since 2013. She brings

extensive operational leadership experience spanning client relationship management,

program development, organizational analysis, and process improvement. Prior to joining

Creative Management, Chris held progressive business and nursing leadership roles within

several Fortune 100 companies, where she built a strong track record of operational excellence

and strategic execution.

Chris is recognized for her ability to foster strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful,

results-oriented leadership. Her perspective is shaped by years of hands-on nursing experience,

which informs her practical, people-centered approach to operations and service delivery. She

also brings valuable governance and community leadership experience through her service on

the board of her homeowner’s association.

Chris assists Helen in overseeing all phases of company management, including staff

supervision, policy and procedure development, and operational performance.

Ali and Helen founded Creative Management in 2007, establishing a respected management

company that now serves four counties in Western Florida.

Through Ali’s business acumen and forward-thinking leadership, he and Helen built a company

distinguished by its use of technology, commitment to exceptional customer service, and

dedication to providing personalized support to every client. Ali’s pursuit of excellence helped

define the culture of Creative Management and inspired colleagues throughout the

organization. His vision was instrumental in establishing the company as a trusted and

innovative leader in the industry, recognized for its integrity and professionalism.
